About Me
Zoltan Rajki
I am a relationship counsellor specialising in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), with a deep commitment to supporting neurodivergent couples to build secure, meaningful, and lasting connections. I am passionate about helping partners understand not only each other, but also themselves, in ways that foster compassion, safety, and emotional closeness.
My work is grounded in the belief that all relationships make sense when we understand the nervous system, attachment needs, and the impact of neurodiversity. I create a respectful, affirming space where differences are not pathologised, but understood as part of each partner’s unique way of experiencing the world. Together, we slow down difficult cycles, translate emotional experiences, and make room for new patterns of connection to emerge.
I am particularly drawn to working with couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent, including ADHD and autistic individuals, and where traditional relationship advice has felt mismatched or unhelpful. I bring curiosity, gentleness, and clarity to complex relational dynamics, helping couples move from frustration and misunderstanding toward empathy, teamwork, and secure attachment.
I feel deeply privileged to walk alongside couples as they repair trust, deepen emotional bonds, and learn how to relate in ways that honour both their differences and their shared humanity.
